Sean served as a U.S. Navy, aircraft carrier-based, fast jet pilot and field grade officer, formerly responsible for planning and executing all combat strike operations of an entire carrier air wing — 70 aircraft and 1,500 personnel. A qualified F/A-18E/F Super Hornet instructor pilot, he trained aviators to safely operate and tactically employ an $80M aircraft at the edges of its flight envelope. With 25+ years leading high reliability organizations, Sean helps clients cost-effectively align business operations to the principles demonstrated by nuclear power plant technicians, air traffic controllers, and astronauts.
